FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

July 22nd, 2019 - Montréal, Québec

Carillon Information Security Inc. today announced that it has received both ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS). This certification formalizes Carillon's historical commitment to continuous improvement, demonstrating it has the proper controls to effectively deliver on its suite of PKI products and services.

"Building trust is core to the Carillon business. By obtaining the ISO certifications we are demonstrating to our customers our commitment to providing them quality products and services through well-defined and transparent processes, against which we are independently audited annually. By saying what we do, and then demonstrating through audit reports that we are doing what we say trust can be built." Patrick Patterson, CEO.

Issued to Carillon upon successful completion of a formal audit process by PECB, an independent accredited certification body, these certifications represent adherence to the globally recognized standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the world's largest developer of voluntary international standards, and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
